TICKETS

Admission to the 4th of July Concert Series requires a ticket.

Tickets are available on a first-come-first-serve basis at SeeTickets.us starting Wednesday, June 26 at 9 a.m. HST. General admission tickets are free of charge. Upgraded tickets are also available for purchase at two levels: Premium Viewing (front-of-stage area viewing, private bar and restrooms) and VIP (elevated viewing experience on a raised platform, VIP Restrooms, private bar and service, and VIP entry). All tickets, including general admission, are subject to a processing fee.

Guests may purchase a maximum of 6 tickets per show. This is determined by reference to your name and email address. Violators will have their excessive purchases automatically cancelled without any further contact.

Consumer Warning – Ala Moana Center uses bar code scanning for all 4th of July Concert Series tickets. As a result, guests should be careful when purchasing tickets on the secondary or third party market. See Tickets US is the only authorized ticketing agent. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent or third party (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Stubhub, Craiglist, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets which may result in refusal of admission.

Tickets are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, and we strongly encourage reserving tickets in advance. Guests without tickets will not be permitted to enter the concert area.

If you have a ticket and can no longer attend the concert, you can give your electronic or physical ticket to someone who is able to attend. Tickets can only be scanned once for entry.

All persons entering the concert area must have their own ticket, including children and babies.

All ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.

LOCATION

The 4th of July Concert Series will be held on the Makai Deck – Mall Level 2, Diamond Head Wing, parking area between Macy’s and Neiman Marcus.

Free parking for concert attendees is available throughout Ala Moana Center. The Makai Parking Deck (Mall Level 2, between Macy’s and Neiman Marcus) will be blocked off for the event. Parking in the Ala Moana Medical Building and Ala Moana Pacific Center are reserved for employees and patrons of the businesses in those buildings.

ARRIVAL AND RE-ENTRY

The Makai Deck will open gates at 4:00 P.M. Lines will open at 2:00 P.M.

There will be multiple lines of entry for General Admission and Premium Viewing and a dedicated entrance for VIP ticketholders. Enter through the walkway between macy’s and LeSportsac. Digital or physical tickets may be utilized for the 4th of July Concert Series. Please be sure to have your digital tickets easily accessible on your phone or your physical tickets in-hand to enter the venue. For ticket access, refer to your purchase confirmation email.

For security reasons, all exits are final. Guests are not permitted to leave and then re-enter. Once attendees enter the concert area, they must stay for the duration of the show or until they decide to leave the concert area. Please see security staff, as exceptions could be made to re-enter.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Ala Moana Center asks all guests to arrive early and travel light. Clear bags and purses smaller than 7″ x 5″ will be permitted. Oversized bags are prohibited with the exception of diaper bags for families with babies or persons with a medical need. All bags are subject to search. Ala Moana Center does not provide an area to check bags or other personal belongings.

Families with children under the age of 4 are permitted to bring a stroller.

Outside food or drinks, including water, is not permitted. Food and drinks are available for purchase inside the concert area.

The following items are prohibited: Professional cameras, audio/video recorders, iPads, Go-Pros or selfie sticks, Laser pointers, glow sticks or flash lights, Knives, tasers, mace or weapons of any kind (even to ones), Coolers, Cans or bottles (glass, aluminum or plastic) including Hydro Flask, Stanley, YETI, etc., Poster boards or signs, Chairs and other seating, Umbrellas

CONCERT SCHEDULE

Gates will open at 4 p.m., entertainment will begin approximately 45 minutes after the gates open and the show will be complete at 10 p.m.

Changes will be communicated on Ala Moana Center’s social media channels whenever possible. Follow @AlaMoanaCenter on Facebook and Instagram.

The concert will play rain or shine. The only exception would be severe weather which could impact the safety of artists and guests. Please follow Ala Moana Center and 4th of July Concert Series staff instructions in these circumstances.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY

Taking photos/videos on small hand-held cameras and smartphones is permitted. Commercial still photography, audio/ video recording and/or professional equipment (cameras with detachable lenses, telephoto lenses, drones, etc.) are not allowed.

CONCERT EXPERIENCE

Yes, Common Kings and other performers will have merchandise for sale.

· Some of the island’s most popular vendors will be selling food and drinks including Chick-fil-A Ala Moana Center.

Alcoholic beverages, including beer, seltzers, and a limited menu of mixed drinks, will be available for purchase. Bar staff reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.

Guests are not permitted to bring in a cooler.

Ala Moana Center is a no smoking property. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited. This policy is strictly enforced. Violation of this regulation is grounds for removal.

There are no family restrooms, and all-gender restrooms are provided throughout the concert area.

Guests may nurse their child covered in any public location where they are comfortable. Dedicated nursing facilities are not available in the concert area. Breast pumps and associated equipment, and breastmilk are permitted inside the venue.

SAFETY & SECURITY

If you or someone in your party begins to feel ill or requires medical assistance, please visit the first aid tent on the makai side of the concert area near the lawn games.

Ala Moana Center is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all concert attendees. If there is an emergency, please contact the security officer closest to you or call 808.942.2944.

EVENT ACCOMODATIONS

Accessible seating areas are available on the Ewa side of the concert area near the food and merchandise booths.

Accessible parking is available throughout Ala Moana Center.

Accessible portable restrooms are available throughout the concert area.

Only service animals are permitted inside the concert area. Persons with service animals are responsible for picking up after them.

The General Admission and Premium Viewing areas are standing room only (SRO), and chairs will not be provided. The VIP section includes several seating options. Several seating options will also be available near the food and merchandise booths.

Beach mats/blankets are permitted. Chairs or any other type of elevated seating are not permitted.

Portable restrooms are available. Premium and VIP guests also have access to restrooms in the designated areas.
